The NAAFS Returns to Nautica Pavilion THIS SATURDAY for the 4th Annual Rock N Rumble

Donny Walker, Stipe Miocic, John Hawk among rising MMA stars in action at NAAFS event

The NAAFS returns to the Nautica Pavilion on Saturday August 28 th with the combination of a high energy concert and the raw emotion of live MMA event with the 4th Annual Rock N Rumble. The musicians of NAAFS Fight Music will be performing live, followed by a night of incredible action inside the NAAFS cage.

Two new Pro Series champions will be crowned at the 4th Annual Rock N Rumble, in the Featherweight and Welterweight divisions respectively. The finals of the Pro Series Featherweight tournament will take place on Saturday August 28 th when Donny “Eagle Eye” Walker (12-6) of Team GriffonRawl takes on 2006 National Amateur Lightweight Champion Mike Nesto (13-7) of Shrader’s MMA. An interim Pro Series Welterweight Champion will also be crowned when 2007 National Amateur Middleweight Champion Nick “The Savage” Duell (15-4-1) of Strong Style Fight Team & Ohio BJJC takes on Mickey Hughes (7-4) of H2O MMA & Main Street MMA for the title.

Pro Series Heavyweight Champion "Big" John Hawk (10-1-1) of Strong Style Fight Team will be taking on Dan “Dragon” Spohn (10-4) in a Light Heavyweight division fight that was originally slated for Fight Nite in the Flats VI, but will now happen at Rock N Rumble. 2009 National Amateur Featherweight Champion Doug Kulbis (8-1) will be taking on Brandon Inskeep (8-2) in a Pro Series Featherweight bout. In a battle of undefeated Heavyweight prospects, Stipe Miocic (7-0) of Cleveland, OH takes on South Carolina’s “The Pain Train” Jeremy Holm (9-0) of Team R.H.E.K. Plus 2009 National Amateur Middleweight Champion Kevin Zalac (8-0-1) makes his pro debut against Dayton’s Niko Boscarino (8-9).

The NAAFS is pleased to announce that DJ Mike Czech of the nationally syndicated Skratch N’ Sniff radio show will be performing live, along with Jon Connor and Mike Owens of the critically acclaimed NAAFS Fight Music Vol. 1 & Vol. 2 as part of the 4 th Annual Rock N Rumble on Saturday August 28 th at the Nautica Pavilion in Cleveland, OH. Plus a special appearance and autograph session with current UFC star Matt “The Immortal” Brown.
