UMMAXX 10 set for March 27th at the Great Lakes Expo Center

20 Pro-Am Full-Contact Fights set for UMMAXX 10

Cleveland , OH ( USA) MaximusProductions and UMMAXX CEO Tom Yerace are pleased to announce the return of UMMAXX to NE Ohio with the official release of UMMAXX 10 “Collision Course”. The Pro-Am event takes place Saturday, March 27 th at the Great Lakes Expo Center with Six Title Fights, plus a main event of rising Heavyweight “The Juggernaut” Jason Riley and IFL Veteran Devin Cole.

In addition to the Heavyweight Main Event, UMMAXX 10 “Collision Course” will feature some of the best fighters from NE Ohio, including six title fights. For the first time, a UMMAXX Middleweight, Lightweight, Featherweight and Bantamweight Champion will be decided. Also, two amateur titles will be on the line in the UMMAXX Amateur Lightweight and Welterweight Divisions.

“We are going to make history at UMMAXX 10,” smiles Yerace. “With the number of title fights we have, plus Riley vs Cole, I cannot wait until Saturday.”

Featured on the card are some of the best fighters from NE Ohio. Rising Dragon MMA’s Torrance “The Tyrant” Taylor returns to the UMMAXX Cage to fight Glenn Brown for the vacant UMMAXX Lightweight Title. Plus, the UMMAXX Featherweight Title will be decided between GriffanrawlMMA Academy’s Paul “St8tta” Compton and Jay McClean.

“We had an opportunity to matchup some of the best fights stylistically,” says UMMAXX Matchmaker Dee Daniels. “UMMAXX 10 should be an explosive night.”

Not to be outdone, Middleweight Matt Masterson, Featherweight Ricky Garrett and amateur champion George Comer will also be featured on the card.

“No one creates a mix of top local and national talent like UMMAXX”, adds UMMAXX commentator Will Burge. “ Ohio’s best professionals will be put to the test Saturday night.”

The festivities for UMMAXX 10 “Collision Course” officially begin this Friday with the live weigh-ins taking place at Champpsin Valley View, Ohio at 8:00 p.m. The card, which features 20 Pro-Am fights begins on Saturday the 27 th at 6:00 p.m.

“UMMAXX does not have the same guys, from the same gyms fighting each other every month,” comments Promotions Director Derek Smith. “UMMAXX is a whole new experience.”
