ESPN’s MMA Live is reporting that Paul Daley has been cut by the UFC. Just seconds after the end of his fight at UFC 113 with Josh Koscheck, Daley through a left hook to the eye of Koscheck in what could only be described by Joe Rogan as “the best punch Daley threw all night.” As soon as Daley threw the punch everyone knew something had to be done. Much like the Strikeforce events from a few weeks ago, things like this have no place in the sport of MMA. Give credit to Dana White for acting swift and enacting a bold punishment by cutting Daley before the night was over.
