The Ultimate Fighter Season 11 continued tonight on Spike TV, and while we are not going to spoil the fights and tell you who the winners were, we can tell you who was fighting. Seth Baczynski (11-5) from Team Ortiz and Joe Henle (3-0) from Team Liddell were chosen to fight. Both fighters weighed in at the middleweight mark of 185 pounds, but much of the episode revolved around yet another injury to a winning fighter in the house. The storyline around Baczynski is all about his second chance while the storyline around Henle is about his experience as a MMA pro for just 6 months and his desire and determination.
The fight begins midway through episode 7 and proves to be action-packed with multiple submission attempts and an awesome flying knee that landed – with a knee to the cage. Check back for our recap of episode 7 of TUF 11 on Thursday @ ProFighting-fans.com.
