Fight of the Night: Although their bout didn’t last long it was an absolute war as Wilson Gouveia and Alan Belcher threw the leather. Alan Belcher looked like a different fighter not only did he sport dreadlocks but he looked much more powerful. His legs were much bigger and he looked much stronger overall as he walked through several strikes from Gouveia. Eventually Belcher landed the final blows earning not only a victory but fight of the night. Both Belcher and Gouveia earned $65,000 for their efforts.
Knockout of the Night: TJ Grant finished Kevin Burns in impressive fashion near the end of the 1st round. The onslaught earned Grant $65,000. The victory moved the young Canadian to 15-3.
DaMarques Johnson won Submission of the Night in defeating Edgar Garcia via Triangle Choke at UFC 107.
Submission of the Night: In a back and forth action packed tilt, DaMarques Johnson looked to be in trouble throughout the 1st round. Edgar Garcia landed a Peruvian Necktie on Johnson and it appeared to be over. Johnson survived the submission attempt and several strikes then connected on an up-kick and sunk in an impressive triangle choke. The submission earned Johnson $65,000.
