Former EliteXC fighter Brett "The Grim" Rogers made his Strikeforce debut on April 11, 2009 as the undefeated Rogers face Ron Humphrey at Strikeforce Shamrock vs Diaz. At 8-0 in his young MMA career, Rogers had not been pushed past the 1st round in three previous EliteXC fights and in the one career fight that did go into the 2nd round he won 13 seconds into the round. On this night Rogers would be pushed farther than in any other fight in his career, but the end result was the same - a Brett Rogers TKO victory.
