SD- What were your initial thoughts on the selection of Matt Mitrione vs. Scott Junk and Marcus Jones vs. Michael Wessel? RN- I thought Matt got the fight he wanted and Mike got the short end of the stick.
SD- Who is truly full of themselves? RN- Jon Madson probably, we called him little Matt Hughes.
SD- At any point did you think either Rashad or Rampage would throw a punch? RN- No, because all of us on the show is there to get paid to punch someone, and not do it for free.
SD- How about Meat Head’s antics and the "voices in his head?" RN- I think most of it was game, but I don't know. I didn't hear any voices so - it is what it is.
SD- How about the rift between Jon Madsen and Matt Mitrione and the explosion of Matt? RN- I think a lot of guys in the house wanted to see them fight because they both were getting on peoples nerves.
SD- How about Rashad’s profanity laced tirade towards Matt? Do you agree with Evans’ approach? RN- No, because he not living with Jon and his antics.
SD- The ninja, Wes Sims arrived on the scene. Hilarious, your thoughts? RN- The ninja antic was funny except he was suppose to put Matt in the pool.
SD- The fight between Junk and Mitrione was a pretty good fight, your thoughts on the surprising victory by Matt? RN- The fight between Scott and Matt was definitely entertaining, but Matt pulled it off and capitalized on Scotts eye and calf injuries.
SD- To me it looked like both fighters were so tired that the punches had little force behind them. Your thoughts? RN- No, they were throwing bombs, but they could not follow up and make the other one pay.
SD- With the score now 7-0 in favor of Team Rashad is it fair to say coaching is making a difference? RN- No, I think picks and the fighter make the difference, plus styles. Remember it's just you and your opponent, but coaching plays in if you have a fighter who can execute your game plan.
