SD- Your thoughts on Matt’s conversation with the coaches and Trevor Wittman’s comments?

RN- Matt was just milking his injury more then he should have, but coach T was sensitive towards head injuries.

SD- What was the feeling around the house as Brendan Schaub and Jon Madsen prepared for their fight?

RN- Brendan should win but Jon could squeak out a win by lay and pray.

SD- What were your thoughts coming into the volleyball challenge?  Do you have any game?

RN- My thoughts were I hope Rashad wins so we can keep winning at everything. I do have a little game I am a professional athlete.

SD- Team Rashad wins again! What did you do with your winnings?

RN- With the money I won I used it like any smart fighter would do, and pay their mortgage.

SD- Were you around for Kimbo in the ice?

Rn- No, everyone in the house did ice baths so it wasn't that big of a deal.

SD- Did you think Rashad was being partial to Madsen?

RN- No, Rashad helped who he wanted to help. He tried to help Brendan but I kept him honest with my no coaching jokes.

SD- At this point of the show where is your head at? Was it difficult to maintain focus with 3 fights remaining before you compete again?

RN- My head is on the prize, and all the fights happen pretty fast so there is no time to think about anything else.

SD- Who were you pulling for in the Madsen/Schaub fight?

RN- Madsen just because if he wins he only has takedown, I thought Brendan was the better fighter.

SD- Madsen won the 1st round with 2 powerful take downs. Your thoughts?

RN- The first round I was surprised how easy the takedown was for Jon then the second round Brendan grabbed the fence to suck Jon's gas and prevent the takedown.

SD- Wow, a tremendous right hand by Schaub.

RN- Yes, two punches the whole fight and that is all he needed.

SD- Next week if the final episode of the season.  Talk about your thoughts up to this point.

RN- My thoughts so far is that I wonder what the DVD is going to show since they didn't show anything that really happend in the house.
